Below is all of the mailing information to get a letter or a package to a member while they are on tour.
Please read this carefully and follow all posted instructions to ensure that your mail is successfully delivered.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING ALL MAIL TO YOUR MEMBER USE only the US Postal Service (DO NOT USE UPS, FEDX, DHL, etc… because the mail will not get to your Boston Crusader member)
DO NOT mail anything to a housing site address or show site address!!
Letters and Packages will be accepted, however you will need to follow the rules of the USPS at www.usps.com
USE only the assigned Addressing Format, listed below for each date because if you don’t the mail will not get to your Boston Crusader member. Mail that is not picked up because delivery date came after the pick-up date, those will be forwarded to the next pick up location or back to the return address. Listed below are suggestions for the last date for sending out mail; this is only a suggestion; please consult your post office employee for the best way to get the package to your member. (the earlier the better)

All mailing should be addressed in this fashion, substituting in the appropriate city, state and zip code below. Please also be aware of the deadlines to mail and to where.
We will have several pickups from June 5th – June 19th.  JUNE 14th is the last day mail can be post marked to Folsom, CA 95630
We will have a pickup on July 1st. June 27th is the last day mail can be post marked to Auburn, WA 98002
We will have a pickup on July 11th. July 7th is the last day mail can be post marked to Davenport, IA 52802
We will have a pickup on August 2nd. This will be the last one! July 26th is the last day mail can be post marked. NOTE THIS IS NOT A GENERAL DELIVERY ADDRESS (THIS IS THE BOSTON CRUSADERS OFFICE)
