Crusaders Seek Director of Development |
The Boston Crusaders are currently seeking a Director of Development.
Responsibilities/Objectives:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase revenue sources through engagement and cultivation of fans, friends and alumni. Specific activities include:
- Increasing participation across fundraising activities
- Increasing event attendance
- Increasing volunteer participation
- Developing and actively managing social media, on-line campaigns, and eCommerce.
Relevant experience in some or all aspects of fundraising, sales, or development is expected.
Time commitment:
This is a full-time position.
Location:
Preference would be Florida or Boston area, however, the skills and experience of the individual may allow for other locations. Position allows for work from home.
Travel expectations:
Minimal.
Compensation:
Compensation is commensurate with experience with significant growth opportunity.
